During the Order process you will be
given a choice of three convenient Payment Methods
Payment on receipt
This means that the customer pays (By Pound Sterling Cheque/ Postal Order) after
receipt of the Order in full.
This method is normally for our regular customers.
In most cases we will process the Order within 2 – 4 Days or inform you of any
reason for delay
If approved the Order will be shipped with an Invoice and Payment instructions.
Payment by Cheque
This means that you undertake to post us a UK Pound Sterling cheque (Payable to
APY LTD) to the address below. We will process the order and Ship it as soon as
possible. Please Make Cheque Payable
We reserve the right to delay the Order until the Cheque has been received,
however in many cases we will ship the order prior to receiving the Cheque.
If we Ship the goods prior to receipt of the funds, please note the following:
The goods remain the property of APY LTD t/a
Kitaabun Book Services until such time as they are paid for in full. The risk in
goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery. In the event of non payment the
company shall be entitled to repossess the goods, unless they have been the
subject to prior resale in which case the company shall be entitled to the
proceeds of resale in the hands of the buyer or any Liquidator, reciever or
trustee of the buyer.

If for some reason there is likely to be a delay of more than 4 Working Days to
dispatch your Order we will contact you by email with an approximate date , and
upon your request either refund the Payment Immediately or dispatch the Order
Prior to the date given InshaAllah.
Please Note:
Payments through www.paypal.com can only be
accepted from certain Countries, if your Country is not listed please select a
different method and we will contact you by email InshaAllah.
Other Payment Methods
If you are unable to make payment using one of the above, please select Payment
on Receipt and state your alternative payment method in the box “Add Comments
About Your Order”
